Your appointment, our standard of care

These policies govern every reservation at Total Esthetics. By booking, you agree to the standards outlined below — crafted to protect your time, our artistry, and the integrity of the studio experience.

01 / Retainers & Attendance

A non-refundable retainer of $25 is required to secure your appointment. The full amount is applied directly toward your service balance upon arrival. Retainers are strictly non-transferable to rescheduled dates — each new appointment requires a new retainer.

To preserve the sanctity of our private studio environment, we maintain a strict no-guests policy. Additional parties are not permitted beyond the booked client.

02 / Cancellations & Lateness

A minimum of twenty-four (24) hours notice is required for all cancellations or schedule adjustments. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a charge of fifty percent (50%) of the remaining service balance.

No-shows are charged at one hundred percent (100%) of the booked service.

A courtesy grace period of ten (10) minutes is extended to all appointments. At eleven (11) minutes past your scheduled time, a $30 late fee applies. Appointments are automatically cancelled at fifteen (15) minutes.

03 / Technical Service Rules

Lash sets performed outside our studio require a Removal add-on at time of booking. Fill appointments must be scheduled within two to three (2–3) weeks, with a minimum of forty-five percent (45%) lash retention intact. A maximum of two (2) fill sessions are permitted per full-set cycle; the fourth appointment in sequence is billed as a fresh Full Set.

All sales are final. Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
