To reserve your preferred appointment, a non-refundable, non-transferable retainer of $26.05 is required at the time of booking. $25.00 of your retainer will be credited toward your service balance on the day of your appointment. This reservation ensures your dedicated appointment time is held exclusively for you.

A new retainer is required for each new appointment.

In consideration of the comfort, privacy, and relaxation of every guest, we kindly request that no additional visitors accompany you to your appointment. Only the client receiving services is permitted within the studio.

A minimum of twenty-four (24) hours notice is required for all cancellations or schedule adjustments. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a charge of fifty percent (50%) of the remaining service balance.

No-shows are charged at one hundred percent (100%) of the booked service.

A courtesy grace period of ten (10) minutes is extended to all appointments. At eleven (11) minutes past your scheduled time, a $30 late fee applies. Appointments are automatically cancelled at fifteen (15) minutes.

Lash extensions applied outside of Total Esthetics require a Lash Removal add-on at the time of booking. This allows us to properly assess and prepare your lashes to ensure the highest quality results.

In-Fill appointments must be scheduled within 2–3 weeks of your previous appointment and require a minimum of 45% lash retention to qualify as a fill. Appointments that exceed the 3-week maintenance window or do not meet the required retention will be booked and charged as a Full Set.

To preserve the health of your natural lashes and maintain the integrity of your extensions, a maximum of two fill appointments may be performed between full sets. The fourth appointment in the service cycle will be scheduled and priced as a new Full Set.

All services and retail purchases are final. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
